A large open-plan kitchen & dining area leads on to the kitchen patio over looking the pool. The patio is a great spot for morning coffee or to read a book in the shade whilst the kids play in the pool.

The huge bi-folding doors at the two rear patio's allow you to enjoy spectacular views of the West Coast from wherever you are in the living areas. Finish your day watching the sunset and sailboats from the sunken seating area or the idyllic swinging chairs.

Enjoy a rum punch or perfectly chilled fizz from the integrated ice pit. Maybe come together for a barbecue with a view and dine at the stylish outdoor dining area that comfortably seats 10.

In the garden you will find an avocado tree, mango tree and sweet/sour tree from which you can help yourself if the season's right. The sweet/sour fruit is great for salad dressings and even a G&T.

The modern open plan kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances including integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and ice machine.

You'll have everything you need as you enjoy breakfast at the huge 10-seater mahogany wood table.

The villa benefits from two lounge and seating areas both overlooking the sea. Here the adults can enjoy a quiet moment in the upper lounge whilst the kids are watching a movie on Netflix in the lower lounge. Both lounges and the kitchen diner benefit from AC.

All bedrooms have both ceiling fans and air-conditioning along with an Alexa device should you wish. Feel free to ask her to turn your air con on or off or play some music.

You will find a Master Suite at either end of the property, each with its own ensuite shower room, smart TV & in-room safe. The New Master Bedroom has direct access to the pool deck and is adjoined by two further stylish guest bedrooms with beautiful sea views. The triple guestroom offers a double bed along with a single mezzanine bed above, perfect for a young family or kids sharing! Both guest bedrooms have use of a modern family bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.

The second Master suite has French doors to the fruit trees, walk-through wardrobe to another private en-suite with walk-in rainfall shower, LED mirror and shaver socket.
